If you use a different winter squash, you may need to use a vegetable peeler or knife to remove the skins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>STEP 1:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cut the squash into rounds if you\u2019re using delicata squash or chunks if using acorn squash. The slices should be about an inch thick.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>STEP 2:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Toss the squash with the maple syrup and avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>STEP 3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Spread the squash evenly onto a baking sheet and bake at 400\u00baF for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through. You want the squash to be soft on the inside and golden brown and caramelized on the outside.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>How to Make Tahini Yogurt Sauce<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine the yogurt, tahini, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
