Don&#8217;t ask me who won the Superbowl or who my favorite team is. Couldn&#8217;t tell ya! I&#8217;ve maybe watched half a football game in my life and I&#8217;m perfectly happy to leave it that way.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, the game food I can get down with! Wings, nachos, fries&#8230;sign me up! I&#8217;m all about that football foodie life. These baked sriracha lime chicken wings are not exception. Thankfully I don&#8217;t need a football game to give me permission to eat these. Just an average Tuesday night and some wings and I&#8217;m a happy girl. These babies are baked too keeping them healthy!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Baked Sriracha Lime Chicken Wing Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Raw chicken wings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Coconut milk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Honey<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Limes (zest + juice)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sriracha sauce<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tapioca flour or cornstarch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Olive oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Garlic powder<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sea salt and pepper<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to Make Baked Chicken Wings<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>STEP 1:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Combine the wings, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Place the spice-coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Combine 1 tbsp of tapioca flour with 2 tbsp of water under all tapioca flour has dissolved to form a slurry and there are no clumps. I would say they&#8217;re average spicy. Really depends on how spicy you find sriracha sauce to me. It&#8217;s definitely not the hottest hot sauce but it has a kick so prepare your taste buds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can this recipe be doubled\/tripled etc&#8230;?<\/strong> Yes! these sriracha lime wings can very easily be doubled or tripled. You may just need to bake your chicken wings on separate baking sheets and in a few rounds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I make these in the air fryer?<\/strong> To be honest, I don&#8217;t have an air fryer and have never used one but I imagine that you probably could!
